The Den Studios brand new, purpose built drum school is now taking bookings!

Expert drum tuition to a structured, proven syllabus by a highly experienced tutor, session musician and live drummer.

Learn to play on professional equipment in a comfortable environment designed for the task, aesthetically pleasing, acoustically treated and soundproofed.

Our drum studio contains a full Pearl Masters Studio edition drum kit, a choice of high end snare drums and full range top of the line hardware. We have full length mirrors for you to keep an eye on your technique and you can even have the lesson recorded so that you can play it back later at home.

From absolute beginners to established players, everyone has something to learn!  - We offer not only practical playing but also your theory, reading, tuning, maintenance and gig tricks and tips too!

Instruction is priced at £14 for 30 minutes and £20 per hour session, drum school students can also choose to book the room to practice in before or after a lesson for just £5 per hour

Should you wish to follow a graded course then we are happy to provide the Rockschool method which is very popular and ties in with many school music departments. Full details here

Chris has been recording, playing and teaching professionally for over 10 years, and has a list of album credits to his name as well masses of real life gig experience.

You will very shortly be able to view his own personal website which will contain examples of his playing, video, audio and some examples of material he teaches.

Chris holds an enhanced CRB check and is cleared by the local authorities to work with children of all ages - Please feel free to ask to see the documentation!

Our drum school will also hold instruction and masterclasses by guest instructors, dates and place numbers to be announced!
